Printing out AoW online supplements to miniature grid scale

Has anyone printed out any of the AoW supplements to size for use with miniatures? For some of the larger fights, I thought it'd be nice use parts of the unmarked maps blownup to size, but I am burning through way too much paper and ink trying to get the resizing right. Has anyone tried this successfully, and if so, what percent did you use? A percent for any of the AoW online supplements would be nice, but for the Sodden Hold maps from Dungeon 127 in particular....

Do you have powerpoint?

If so I would take the image into powerpoint. In powerpoint if you press Ctrl+G you can get a dashed vertical and horizontal grid line across the screen. As you slide the grid lines numbers change. Each whole number represents one inch. Simply resize the total image until one of the squares on the map correspond to one inch on the grid. Then copy and paste that resized image over and over on to different slides. Then crop the image down on each separate slide - leaving just the part of the image you want to leave for that slide. Print the slide deck.

I wish I had read this sooner. Hehe.

What I did was, scan in a part of the empty grid map (like one of the earlier D&D Miniature games, or just one you draw up on like the one of Paizo). Open the map in photoshop (or any graphic program with layers, like gimp). Paste the paizo image on a different layer. Make it a bit transparant, then resize until until the grid squares are the same size.
