Yeah, and they all suck.
My advice: get Excel, as knowledge of it will also help you professionally. If you can't get it for free through work, demand "MS Office" rolled in for free next time you buy a new computer, and the computer retailers will probably give it to you for free to make that sale.

Class Abilities • UNCANNY DODGE - Cannot be flanked. This defense denies a rogue the ability to sneak attack by flanking, unless the attacker has at least four more rogue levels than the target has levels in classes that offer Uncanny Dodge. (PFB 15).
• TRAP SENSE (+1) - +1 bonus on Reflex saves made to avoid traps and a +1 dodge bonus to AC against attacks made by traps. Bonus increases by 1 every three levels. (PFB 15).
• FIGHTER BONUS FEATS - At 1st level, and at every even level thereafter, a fighter gains a bonus feat in addition to those gained from normal advancement (meaning that the fighter gains a feat at every level). These bonus feats must be selected from either fighter bonus feats or combat feats (see the Feats chapter). (PFB 27).
• FIGHTER WEAPONS AND ARMOR - Simple and martial weapons and all armor and shields (including tower shields). (PFB 27).
• BRAVERY - +1 to saves vs. fear. +1 every 4 levels after 2nd. (PFB 27).
• ARMOR TRAINING - The fighter in armor gains +1 armor bonus, 1 less armor check penalty, 1 more max dex bonus. Goes to 2 at 7th, 3 at 11th, and 4 at 15th. (PFB 27).
• WEAPON TRAINING (Heavy Blades, Thrown) - Plusses to attack and damage for the selected weapon groups. (PFB 27-28).
• ROGUE WEAPONS AND ARMOR - All simple weapons, hand crossbow, rapier, sap, shortbow, and short sword. All light armor, but no shield. (PFB 38).
• SNEAK ATTACK - Deas sneak attack damage in addition to weapon damage any time the enemy is denied a dexterity bonus to AC or is flanked by the rogue. Ranged attacks must be within 6 squares to do sneak attack damage. (PFB 38).
• TRAPFINDING - The rogue can use the Perception skill to find traps whose DC is over 20. (PFB 38).
• ROGUE EVASION - If the rogue makes a successful Reflex saving throw against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful save, he instead takes no damage. Evasion can be used only if the rogue is wearing light armor or no armor and is not helpless. (PFB 39).
• ROGUE TALENT - The rogue chooses a rogue-specific talent every other level. (PFB 39).
• DERVISH DANCE 1/DAY - Full attack action while moving up to your speed (CW 25-27).
• MOVEMENT MASTERY - Can always take 10 on Acrobatics and Perform (CW 25-27).
• SLASHING BLADES - Scimitar are light weapons for you (CW 25-27).
• AC BONUS +1 - Bonus to AC when wearing no armor or light armor, and not carrying a shield (CW 25-27).

I use OpenOffice, it works just as well. Though, for character generation, I'm still using PCGen. IIRC, they're updating it for use with PRPG rules in a future version.

I love Open Office but is seldom works for Character Generators without headaches. If you can't get it with a new PC and you can afford it drop the $80 for MS Office Student and Home which gets you everything you need. Most Excel 2000 and 2003 templates open just fine in 2007 if you can get over the interface. And as PDK indicated, mastering Excel can't hurt your employability.
Also as a GM who lives off of his laptop, OneNote is the best way to organize your game related notes and quick map sketches you will find.

What is OneNote?
OneNote is like Evernote or other note-taking software. It lets you gather text, hand drawn images, pictures and other rich media into color coded tabbed files so you can keep everything strait. When you copy information from a website it preserves the source information so you don't have to make notes and if you want to go back to the original page there is a link included in your pasted information. Invaluable if you use maps and images from the web as well as rules notes and monsters from the SRD etc. to create your campaign. I have used both OneNote and Evernote but I prefer OneNote but it is not free. Comes with most modern Office packages though.
I use it to build my world, do research, create adventures, keep session notes, NPC lists, quick sketches of maps, and to organize loot. Could not run my game without it (or my laptop).

So far, attempts to convert sCoreGen to OpenOffice have been frustrating. The big stumbling block seems to be that it doesn't let you generate text strings the way Excel does. Otherwise, the formulas seem convertable enough. But for now there's not much I can do to improve compatability for Mac and Linux users. You might want to check out PCGen now that it has Pathfinder datasets and could use the feedback.
Someone at the ENWorlds forum had a pretty good start on an OpenOffice version with some fancy use of visual basic, but I haven't seen any news on this project in a while.

That's nice of you to say, but I couldn't hope to provide a commercial level of service. There is a guy on these boards who sells his PFRPG-compatable spreadsheet, and I assume one of the things you get for the money is less reliance on community feedback for bughunting.

I'm always happy to hear that people are finding it moddable, since that is central to the design principle.
I noticed that this generator had the double armor penalty for swim still, that's gone right?
Not that I know of, but I have been corrected on points like this before.

I DM off TiddlyWiki. Computer tools are a big help! :) Two of my players play off little 10" netbooks, too. Handy stuff! Too bad I bought my vaio a year before those things came out, that's pretty much what I bought it for!

PCGen 5.15.12 and up has the Pathfinder RPG in it.
I've downloaded the file and played around with it... where are the spell lists?
The stat block says they are in PFA2 13? Is that a separate file and where is it?

Unfortunately, it is highly problematic to produce a version of the spreadsheet for Open Office if for nor other reason than that Open Office doesn't reproduce one simple function that works in Excel does not work in Calc. You cannot insert a Return character into a text string by using a formula. If you know a way around this, please let me know.
