Order# 1040868‏ - Different Miniature Shipped?

Hi Folks,

I just got Order# 1040868 in the mail today (thanks for getting those out so quickly!), but I may have a problem. I ordered a Demonic Gnoll Archer miniature from the War of the Dragon Queen set, but it was not in the shipment. I did get another miniature though - a Chimera from the War Drums set.

I checked the Paizo store and noticed that there is no longer stock in either one of these miniatures. Did I accidently get someone else's Chimera by mistake? Please advise.... :)

Yep, you did. We were looking all over for the Chimera! I'll have customer service get with you on this one, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how a Demonic Gnoll Archer got switched with a Chimera, especially since they aren't even in the same set!

Thanks for the news, Lisa - I'll keep an eye out here for word from Customer Service on how to take care of this. Hopefully, the person who ordered the Chimera got my Gnoll, and we just need to do a swap!

I just checked the USPS tracking number, and it says the package arrived on Thursday. I just wanted to make sure that it got to you safe and sound. I'm getting ready to move this week and my internet is probably going dark for a few days.... :)
