I am angry with myself. Yesterday I took my daughter swimming. She was paddling around with one of those floating noodles things when some brat of a child grabbed it and pulled it away from her. At the time, I did not know if the noodle belonged to someone specifically, or if it belonged to the Y. I later found out it did belong to the Y. She had just as much right to it as anyone else.
