Apologies if this is not the correct section to post this - I could not locate the bug report section
The Careful Targeting feat is absent from the Feat section of the Beta PDF (it was located on page 68 of Alpha 3)
If this feat was removed, it is still listed twice in the document: on page 36 (the Ranger's Combat style feat section) and on page 339 in the Beta PDF.
I will assume it is simply missing and keep the Alpha 3 implementation.

Just post these things in the "General Discussion" section for now.
The 'Deft Shield' feat has the same problem.
It is mentionned on pages 36 and 337, but not listed as a feat in the Feats section.
