Just wondering what the normal processing time is? Normally ships in 3-6 days from the warehouse, I understand but the PDF's haven't even become available for download in the mean time.

PDFs become available the moment your order ships, as that is when you are charged for the order.

Ok thanks for the info on the PDF's. What is the normal processing time for orders once the order has been placed?
