Hey, no blog must mean they're hard at work, which means more good stuff for all, right? Surely they didn't miss blog posts due to inebriated slumber, right? Right?

If it were any other iconic my gamer rage would be uncontrollable. It's amazing what some cleavage will do to calm a soul.

Speaking of Seoni, you know what I'd really like to see? That original WAR sketch of her that was posted a couple of years back, but in a nice big size instead of that teeny one.

Do you mean a "finished" version of this sketch?

Nevertheless, I think it is quite clear at this point that Paizo needs an office shoggoth as a disciplinary procedure for occasions when the blog does not appear.

Unless Paizo already has an office shoggoth that is, in which case I would appreciate details of the event of the malefactors for this week having been 'introduced' to it, and the shoggoth's addition to the online list of Paizo staff with an accompanying email contact address.

Edit:
Actually, is there any legal reason you can't get a cthulhu or shoggoth plushie on the office staff and give it its own page on the website? Official office 'mascot' status, maybe?

I'd be happy with just a bigger file of that sketch -- yep, that's the one.

It's not really the weekend anymore, is it?

What does a friendly fist look like? How about a happy one? Or a sad, a morose, an indifferent, a cheerful, an obnoxious, a carefree one?

How have people reacted to other kinds of "mood fists"?
Also, does the mood of one fist influence the other fist?

I've seen some weird/disturbing/freaky things on the internets that have to do with fists, so I was a bit scared to click the links, but those are cool.

I'm still waiting for a full account of those responsible for the lack of blog being introduced to a shoggoth... :D

Expect the blogs to be sketchy for a while, folks. Priorities being what they are right now around here, the blog is somewhere south of refilling a water bottle. (Except for the preview blogs, you'll get those for sure!)

Can we have a blog announcement of near future sketchiness of blogs with a picture of a cthulhu plushie then please? :)

Edit:
Not everyone checks this thread, after all, for such information.

Or maybe one with real art, because, you know, some of us use that under the CUP, and a long period of no new legally available Paizo art makes us sad.

Because they are untrue, or merely fall short of the truth?

The next blog will go up at Midnight. The boys have all been busy getting stuff out the door for Gen Con, and the Big Boss has been out of town and not cracking the whip hard enough and making the slaves row as if their life depended on it.

Like Josh said, expect the blog to be a little thin on content in the near future, but I've set into motion a plan that will show off some art from a very exciting September release that I think lots of people will appreciate.

Spoiler:

It was Cosmo.

See, CJ, this is why I always blame the interns. I know the table to roll on is less exciting, but you'll be happier that way.

TEASE !

For a second there, he kind of sounded like Lando Calrissian to me.

Hmm. Well Erik Mona has been reportedly at a book fair, talking to authors and publishers I presume, Sutter has said Golarion fiction is imminent, Elaine Cunningham detailed how fast fiction can hit print in one of her posts....

Okay, everyone: Start placing your bets on what the title of the first Pathfinder novel, releasing in September, will be, who will write it, and how many dragons and drow there will be on the cover... :D

Edit:
Of course the bestiary might be due in September, only it's not nearly so much fun to speculate about that given the amount of discussion that it's already had.

Strangely enough, I originally pointed to you in the spoiler, and then changed it to Cosmo at the last minute. I realized no one would believe that you would have the intelligence or discretion to pull off any type of conspiracy, and it would totally ruin the joke, so I had to change it.

You know, there *is* a new guy in the office, and while his title is fancier than "intern," that makes him even more culpable. ;)

New guy, Hank? Now that's the spirit--intern's buying into the cycle of abuse. I think I need a moment to myself {stifle}.

So who is this new guy? I've been away too much.

Why, the forums' very own Ross Byers! Henceforth known as "Gary's Right Hand."

Ah! I noticed the fancy new title after Ross's name but figured I'd just missed the announcement. Congratulations Ross and, from now on, you are to blame for missing blogs.

Damn that Ross! And I really liked him before he was to blame for all my missing pieces of new artwork!

Hey, TD...what happened? You moving to Austin or something?

I'm a werewolverine (according to the pic's properties) now. I'm progressing up the mustelid chain.

No Bevo, but they do have the Stampede.

Skull Flag over Sothis, by Jeff Grubb, no dragons or drow, but lots of pirates and ninjas (and maybe dinos).

Released simultaneously will be Gnomeshadow, by Elaine Cunningham, with an angry looking Lem wielding a wicked dagger in Lini's shadow as she pets her kitty and shields her eyes staring into the sun, with a small bluish-white dragon in the upper right corner.

I'd be very tempted to buy Gnomeshadow.

Me too. Who wouldn't want more from the creator of Channa Ti, no matter how lamely titled?

Jeff Grubb wrote fiction?
