Btw, I sent a couple of emails which haven't gotten a response. Since they are usually answered pretty quickly, I thought there might be something messed up with your (or my) email.
I apologize for the delayed response to your emails, the customer service department is a little short-staffed at the moment and I'm trying to keep up as much as possible. However, we have a replacement on the way and we will be back on track very soon.
As for your Gazetteer, I will get a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible. You should have already received the confirmation email for the replacement order.
