Cord needs to have some gun training before he kills some one with a misplaced shot, I use critical miss rules in my games, I would probably of shot myself or one of the other party members by now.

I think on a critical miss you should get an intelligence save before shooting yourself. Most of the self shooting I've heard of were the result of sheer stupidity.
Now shooting a team member. That's different.

The door swings open.
You are looking down a charnel corridor that opens between the elevator and the fire escape, and what looks like the entrances to two penthouse condominiums.
As your gaze snaps from limb to skull to torso to hand - here and there... you focus in on three wiry Asian men in green combat pants and white, bloody tank wife-beater tank tops. They are 5, 10 and 20 feet away respectively. The nearest has a bloodied machete, and the farthest has a shotgun slung over his shoulder.
Luckily it doesn't seem that he is aware of how to use it... but then you never know.
He is quite aware of you, however.
I took it off the dead guard in from this post, I never found out it if he had any extra ammo.

If it helps, I am not expecting too much damage from the bus impact, I crashed my Audi at 110mph (177kph), through a corpse of trees, several years ago and the worst injury was a flying jelly baby sweet to the temple, the car on the other hand was not too well , I could see day light through the floor well.
Cord leaving the bus via the bullet proof glass is another matter, hopefully he will just bounce of the windscreen.
