I'd like to see any answer to this question as well. My group went with yes they take a standard action to trigger any of the auras. But it does severely hamper the usefulness of any of the aura to the point where they are rarely being used.

Honestly I think they should spell out the action cost and relevent save within the context of each power.

Bump: Now it's on Page 94, but the question remains the same. Is it a supernatural ability that takes a standard action to activate every time you want to use it? Or, does the text "You can fly..." indicate that the cleric can simply fly for that many rounds a day the same way he can walk or run.
