Amazon in germany is obviously not able to sell the whole Paizo-Program - I ordered all adventures and books, most books are available and came these days, the adventures and campaigns are not so easy to get. F.i. I was able to order and buy Runelords 1,2 and 5, not 3, 4 or 6 - I could buy many of the gamemastery, but not all - though they are in print.

Any possibility to clear this problem? I would like to order directly via paizo, but p&h to europe would kill any price.

thnxs :)

Amazon doesn't buy directly from us, so we have no real insight into their systems. I can tell you that we offer our full line to all of our distributors, and the only recent product that's currently out of print is Pathfinder 2. Amazon should be able to get everything else from whomever it is that they buy from.

By the way, you might want to try putting some stuff into your cart just to see how much it costs to ship. We can ship up to 4 pounds of books to Germany for under $7, usually. (You'll be able to see the shipping cost after you enter your shipping info and before you actually commit to your purchase, so it's worth testing out.)

Sure, ordering from Paizo is a little more expensive than ordering from Amazon.de, but the current dollar rate is favorable to us (I'm from germany too). The books on amazon.de are more expensive, so you don't really safe anything. I ordered stuff from Paizo in the past and shipping and handling is "only" 4€ each. You could wait some time and then order a bunch of books as Vic suggested and you only have to pay shipping once.

The only drawback to being a european subscriber is, that it's impossible to combine subscription-stuff with non-subscription items. This is a big bummer and I hope they'll fix this issue some time. If I'd like to have anything else but PF, I have to pay shipping "twice".

Thanks for the answers - do you have any experiences how long the postage takes to germany?

I confess, ordering via amazon is also because of my lazyness - I could order via my flgs or via the publisher, where I work sometimes, but both options were a bit unsafe in the past - you never knew if the books came, when they came or if one or the other went oop in the meantime ;-/

If not Paizo, might I suggest ordering from Amazon.com in the United States.

I order books from them and the postage is fairly reasonable considering the current exchange rates. Added is the fact that it usually only takes 10 days for them to deliver to me here in a small city in China. YES, that's 10 days from America to Weihai, Shandong, and the box looks like it was freshly packed. It's amazing! 4-6 weeks for anything from Paizo and it gets the snot beaten out of it.

You can expect about three weeks. I never had problems like those you describe with any of my orders. It's always well packed and makes the journey unharmed...

I'm very pleased with the service Paizo provides. :)

This has *almost* reached the top of Gary's to-do list.

Great, Vic!
Good news!
I always thought this to be a little unfair somehow. I'm glad you're fixing it!
