I can't find an entry for the pdf version of the Guide. Is it only available to subscribers?
These generally get added a bit later on. I believe it has something to with the official release date not just when they get the books in. I'm not certain but hopeful someone official or at least more knowledgable will chime in.
PDF are genreally avialable to non-subscribers when the product hits the shelves in stores.
Unfortunately, we don't usually have a firm date until the print copy ships out. And we also don't currently display them even when we do have them, which is something we need to fix eventually.... but generally speaking, it's usually set two Wednesdays after we start shipping to subscribers.
