How much Golarion have you guys played?

Lost Omens Campaign Setting General Discussion

Liberty's Edge

I'm just curious as to how far everyone's gaming groups are? Our group runs a ton of games concurrently and such and so have gotten through quite a bit of material. I'm really curious to see how much of the game the actual Paizo guys have gotten to play =p

Write now we've finished D0/D1/PF1 and are mostly through PF2/E1/W1/D2. (like one session away from finishing D2 and maybe two from W1) We started J1 but it's on hiatus because the DM is going to a different school on the other side of the state for this term and U1 we started but we've been focusing more on PF lately.

I run various games. But I try to run one game a week. Currently most of my games have been taking place in Golarion. Currently we had four parties tackle and fail D2, which was the first Golarion adventure I ran. For my campaign group, they are just now crossing the bridge between Thistletop forest and Thistletop proper in PF1.

Tonight we just completed are first full adventure in Golarion, being TC1. Sadly we are in the military and unable to form consistent games as we all have varied schedules. Though we try our best to get together and game weekly it doesn't always happen.

Well truth be told, our group isn't what you'd call typical. We've been playing Pathfinder for about four weeks now (only three sessions though, since we had some trouble getting together recently) but our campaign is totally it's own thing. It follows concurrently with the events of the AP, in between the events of Hook Mountain and the Stone Giants but takes place between Ilsurian in the south and the small communities in the shadow of the haunted Ashwood Forest. There's a campaign journal up for it, and after the game tonight it'll probably get a much needed update.

We come together very very seldomly, but these winter holidays we were able to play twice! :)

Our "table"-campaign features Pathfinder APs with me as DM (or is it GM now?), we have finished Part One of Hook Mountain Massacre on Thursday. Our "boards"-campaign features various GamesMastery modules. I am playing an Varisian (of course!) rogue and so far we have finished D0 and are at the beginning of D1. AFAIK this module will be followed by E1 and someday by U1, perhaps.

I hope to start running "Burnt Offerings" in early January.

Right about now I'd be happy if I had a gaming group that was more than two people...Got about half a dozen people to play Warhammer with, who are all either complete gibits, or have no interest in RPGs, which I guess would make them complete gibits...damn...

Rub my nose in it, will you. That's like saying "I only have one Porsche, poor me!". I'd be ecstatic if we were playing three weeks a month. I'd be happy if we could hit the "once every other week" schedule right now. Count your blessings, man! :P

Anyway, we just had out second session, and are in Thistletop, somewhere on level one. I guess we get some ways into Skinsaw next time.

Wow, I was just thinking our three-times-a-week schedule wasn't often enough to keep up with all the stuff Paizo is producing >.> If any of you poor down-trodden souls are in Jersey let me know, we've got an opening.

My current group has finished PF1, PF2, and done D2 as a side story.

Don't get to feeling too bad for me. Heh. The week we couldn't play Pathfinder we had another game to fill in the time slot--the World of Warcraft RPG. Plus in addition to our Saturday Pathfinder game we also have a Thursday game of Cowboy Bebop as well. We get plenty to play. We pretty much have a game we're doing for every possible configuration of players, literally a dozen or so games. Good times.

We are about to start Burnt Offerings, hopefully on the first tuesday after New Years Day. I have waited a while till more info on Golarion and the general direction on the path were revealed so as better able to tailor it to my players. As it is i have several of them chomping at the bit with anticipation due to the insites i have been feeding them for the last few weeks. We usualy play every other week if family commitments allow and I am planning on running an all day session soon if everyone can get the time off work!

The Exchange

Cant get past SKINSAW MURDERS...They Keep getting murdered...Just more gristle for the Knife!

"Psst! Do you want to buy some smoked sausage? I made it just yesterday."
