I ordered the PRGExplorer last night. However, I realized that my account still has my old e-mail address listed. That means that the codes have been sent to a non working address. What can I do to resolve this?
Send your new and old e-mail addresses to customer service, and tell them to let me know when they've updated your account. Then I'll e-mail the RPGXplorer folks and ask them to resend the code.
