~grumbles, snarls, whines~ You all over there at Paizo are vile, mean, cruel, and nasty! How dare you have a sale on RPG stuff and at such a reasonable (i.e. cheap) rates! ~looks at my shopping cart~ $36.00 and counting! Thanks a lot! Now my wallet will NEVER forgive me. ~goes off to pout, but only after adding another item to my shopping cart~

On the plus side, almost everything there was on my list of things to buy, sooner or later.

I know, the store blog postings are killing me. There is so much stuff I want to buy!

Liberty's Edge

This sale is tremendous--I just bought something in the neighborhood of $400 of GR product for less than $50. What a nice day.

Well, I am at $45 and counting. ~sighs sadly~ It is a good thing that I am getting some on call money coming in.

With shipping, $83. If I had paid full price? Well, much, much more.

The Exchange RPG Superstar 2011 Top 32

I feel kinda bad about it. Is GR losing money on this?

... ::ganks a buncha material for $60!::

I just spent an easy $40

Get the Advanced Bestiary. Get it. Get it.

Ouch.

Yeah, I'm not looking forward to seeing how much the shipping is going to be on mine.

But ~$50 without the shipping. (I'm going back through my list now to see what (if anything) I want to cut)

Dark Archive

These prices are so ridiculously low they seem to be a mistake. It's okay by me though!

Dark Archive

The shipping costs are not actually too bad either!

$44 on 16 items
$57 in postage (Paizo discount covered the first $10 however)

Well, at least the Canadian dollar is doing well, that cuts my price a bit.

But aside from the Bestiary and various sourcbooks... I've just picked up enough adventures (All the Cutting Edge and Freeport ones) to last my group at least a year.

Money well spent ;-)

I just bought it, but I have no idea what's in it ^_^o Or, for that matter, pretty much half of the things I bought.

Now I know how my mom and sister feel when they see a sale at Kohls or whatever crazy places they go to buy things. ^_^o

The BEST BESTER BESTEST templates ever-ever. If I absolutely had to toss all but one of my monstery books (except MM1), I'd keep the AB.

I wonder how big a box it will be when it arrives at my door?

Over $325 in material for $50 (including shipping!)!! Add in the free stuff I've picked up at RPGNOW so far and this has been a huge D&D week!
I think this might be the best part of 4th edition, the 3.5 inventory sell off.

If I had a little bit more money, I probably would have bought almost everything that was on sale. Very little did not appeal to me.

P.S. - And the Advanced Besitary was one of the first things on the list.

Dark Archive

Twenty books worth $487.00 for only $69.00. A steal.

To Angry Ape: Yes. You are correct that the 3.5 inventory sell off is the best.

Sadly, the overseas shipping costs get so high if you order a lot of these items that the offer is pretty much negated by it :-((
Of course, they are still very cheap, but if you pay double the amount of the order itself just for shipping and handling, it does not make much sense anymore.

*Sigh* No indulging in Green Ronin for me, then...

EDIT: Any pointers to must-haves from this list? I think about the Creatures book and finally indulging in the Freeport series. (Much reduced Order from my first selection of fourty-odd titles... 119$ for the books, and over 200$ for shipping was something I just could not do...)

Stefan

Fifty bucks later, goodies for me and the hubby for his birthday. Hooray! :D

Hey, i got 200$ worth of Books for 90$ incl. shipping to Austria. It IS worth it.

I spent over $100 with shipping but I think it was worth it. I would love to get the Theives world stuff, but I ran out of money so they will just have to fall by the wayside. but I did get all 3 Advanced books.

The advanced stuff would work. I have heard good things about it.

And just to add fuel to the fire so you can hate us even more, this is just day 1 of 5 days of posts where more stuff will be put on sale. Ahhhhhh, I can hear the cries of hatred already! :)

My wallet is here in Austria.
But I figure you will hear it all the way if you put up more sales articles...

The various Advanced manuals, Fang & Fury, The Noble's Handbook.

Monsters of the Mind and Mindshadows for a cool psionics setting.

I had to cut down the size of my buying spree a lot. 45$ of stuff for 90+$ of shipping was really too much.

Great day for my wallet, though.

Woo HOOO!
That's my Christmas list sorted- just gotta wait now for the Fantasy Flight Black Friday Sale to polish it off and away we go!
Feel really bad for Green Ronin, but it's an ill wind that blows no one any good.

Thanks for the pointers, I´ll consider them. Actually, the Advanced are booked already (no pun intended). The psionics are not on my list, as this is not my style of gaming, but thanks for the hint anyway.

~screams in horror~ Nooooooooooo......... ~fades out in a strangled gasp~

So, when do we see what else is going on sale? Huh? Huh? Come on. If you all hit us while we are down, we just might buy more.

~calls Game-Addicts Anon~ Hello there? I need help. My favorite Drug dealer Paizo has just started a sweet sale. Can you help me out? ~listens~ Recovery? What? No! I want some help paying for all of this stuff! ~buzzzzz as I get hung up on~ Hello? Hello? Is anyone there?

Liberty's Edge

I just walked off with a whole lot of stuff I really wanted but never had the chance to pick up. I am very happy now.

And now I hear there is more stuff on sale! Yikes. I am not sure what I am going to do. :)

Maybe I will find some Christmas gifts in here somewhere and then I can justify the expense.

I could not resist and just placed an order for 60+ US $. :-) My fianceé will kill me when she finds out, but what the hell - 10 books (and one item pack) with shipping for 63 US$? Now that´s a deal! Especially considering the Dollar-Euro exchange rate - that makes ordering from the US twice as nice. (for those interested: 62.85 US-$ translate into 42.87 Euro at todays rate)

What is everyone most excited for in the sale?

In my case it was the Advanced books. I wanted them, but I just lacked the money to buy them. However, for $15 I got all three. The rest of my purchase was just gravy.

The rest of the Advanced guides, and the d20 Modern stuff for the hubby.

Whoa. Sharoth, when did you change your avatar?

Get the Advanced Bestiary and Book of the Righteous. Two of the best 3.X books made bar none. They're a great value at cover price. But for $4 combined?
