I was curious if there is a list of FR adventures found in Dungeon? Specifically I'm looking for a low lvl (1-3, 1-4) adventure(s).

You should probably pick up issue #150. It contains a complete index to all of the adventures ever published in Dungeon magazine, broken down by level, world, game edition, etc.
There are several good FR adventures in Dungeon, but for the levels that you are needing, "The Raiders of Galaith's Roost" comes to mind. I don't have my mags here, so I can't tell you right now what issue it is in.

Dungeon #146, Russel Brown's The Muster of Morach Tor is a 4th level adventure set in the Evermoors. I love the North and Nesme', where the adventure begins. This adventure has a classic D&D feel to it also.
