Have refunds been mailed?

Just wondering on status of refund checks as it is now Oct and I have heard or seen nothing about the refunds being processed.

Gary is just putting the finishing touches on the code that will get the necessary information out of our subscription database and into the financial database so that the accounting folks can start printing checks.

Ok now it's Nov 19 and still no refund in hand. Is there a timetable?

I think by now there needs to, at least some info from the Paizo folks.
I wonder how many folks are in your boat, Jim.

Hopefully in time to do some shopping.

Checks have started going out, but I don't have knowledge of the timetable. Customer Service can assist folks with specific queries, though.


I'd like to get my refund check as well. Have they not been sent?


PAIZO! It is time to get us our money back! Refund checks should be in our hands by Christmas. Stop earning interest and get us our cash; you'll just get it back in orders anyway. Thanks!

Hey everyone!

I wanted to stop by personally and let everyone know that this process is ongoing and that everyone will get paid. We've encountered a few set backs that have, unfortunately, slowed our payment plan down. Many refund checks have already been sent and we will have everyone paid by early January at the latest.

If you're in a situation where you need your refund now, please contact our excellent customer service team and they'll make sure your check gets cut sooner rather than later.
