I ordered back issues of Dragon as my transition to complete my remaining subscription. I ordered them about two weeks ago (my invoice says I ordered on July 25th) but have not received them yet. I know I'm on the East Coast so it will take longer, so I'm not going to panic yet, but I did want to make sure everything went out on your end and if I could get any king of ETA?

Your order was successfully completed and it shipped out on 7/31 via USPS Standard Mail. It should take about 3-10 business days to arrive, so you should be seeing it sometime later this week or next.

Well, today is the 17th and still no back issues.
Is it OK to panic now? :)
Seriously, what can we do? Are the issues I picked still available? If not, it's no biggie - I can pick alternates in needed.

Ok to panic? Not quite yet. I would say that now would be a good time to start being concerned.
I understand that it is frustrating but once the package is in the hands of the USPS, we have no means of tracking it. We must wait for your order to show up on one side or the other. At this point, your delivery is running late, but we shouldn't assume that it is lost for a while yet. It is actually pretty rare for a package to disappear completely.
However, if it should... our stock is still plenty deep enough yet that I will be able to get replacements sent out.
Let's give it another week. If you still haven't seen the package by this time next week, please let me know. In fact, if... no, when... you get it this week (positive thinking, and all that...), please let me know.
You will get your issues (one way or another). :)

Cosmo, where can we go from here? I actually called my local post office branch just to double check in case they tried to deliver the package and it was too big for my mailbox or something (I don't know how big the box/package actually is obviously) but they said they don't have anything.
So, basically, I have bupkis at this point.

I'm going to go ahead and assume that it's lost at this point and send you replacements.
If it should show up in the next 3 to 6 business days (which is the time it'll take to ship out your replacement), let me know so we don't end up sending you doubles.
