Is the angel shown in the Player's Guide her holy symbol? (I assume that it is)
If this is the case, who's symbol was illustrated in the Ye Gods! blog entry on 4/26? She's called the Dawnflower, so I had assumed the silver pointed star thing was hers. (But according to the Player's guide, I was wrong)

I think that's also Sarenrae's holy symbol since they reused that particular graphic for Kyra's pregen character sheet before they had any art for her. There's nothing that says there can't be multiple and slightly different holy symbols for the gods anyway. The multiple names they go by, for instance, is a fair indicator that there's more than one way to revere them. In this instance, the shining sun is the motif that's the most important. The "star" you're referring to looks more like a sun to me. And, even the angel's wings and upstretched arms are forming a sun-like circle.
So, they're both good.
My two-cents,

Yeah, that's the route I was going to go. My player has already printed out a version of the silver one to wear during game, so Im loath to change it on him.
Besides, it seems there are two factions in the church, one for the scimitar wielding dancers and one for the redeemers, so the two symbols make sense.

The angel-ankh is Sarenrae's symbol. The other one from "Ye Gods" was a generic holy symbol from an item card set; we didn't have final art for Sarenrae's symble yet.
Feel free to use the generic item card symbol, of course, but it's not really associated with Sarenrae's faith (or anyone else's faith in Golarion, for that matter).

Just a quick question - I don't want to bother anyone in customer service with it.
Did you guys buy the Player's Guide separately? I'm a charter subscriber and haven't been given the opportunity to download it yet. So far the only downloads I've been offered are my GameMastery ones.
It's a free download. You can get it here on the product page. The charter subs get a free print edition.

James, Is there any chance that future Item Card sets (possibly the Runelords set coming out in November) will have Holy Symbols for the Pathfinder Chronicles deities?

Being one of the guys who works on the Item Cards, I can field that one for you.
I think it likely that we will do holy symbols of our deities at some point. No telling when, though.
(And yeah, I'll make sure Bulmahn sees this.)

Yes there is. I suspect that any future holy symbols that appear as Item Cards will be those of Pathfinder deities. And you can probably expect to see those symbols showing up on magic items now and then too, probably.
The Rise of the Runelords item card set, for example, will have two new holy symbols for two of the gods in our world.

Awesome. Can you tell us which two deities, or is that still a secret?

The fact that the Greyhawk Deities from the PHB are not Open Content, but WOTC properties, mean any third party publisher would be wise to invent their own cosmology and avoid any imagery that could be construed as copying.
On that note, have previous Item Cards used the GH imagery, and if so, will that now be a problem (requiring stock on hand to be pulped, etc)?

Nope; we were very careful not to use any WotC stuff on the item cards or anything in the GameMastery line. Which is why you didn't see a Savage Tide Item Card set, by the way...

Man, this is FANTASTIC!!! I've been waiting for a setting with the kind of support Paizo is giving Golarion for years. I've always said that all I need as a DM is great adventures and a detailed world to play them in and Golarion is definitely what I'm talking about. Keep up the great work and the synergy in the product lines and I'll be a customer for as long as I continue to play D&D.
