There's a lot of Sci-Fi out there, and I love my Sci-Fi...but sometimes I just want to dive into a short-story in the old sword and sorcery vein...
I know there are many novels out there, I just picked up The Dreaming Dark books, but I'm also a fan of the short story.
Any ideas?

Black Gate, the reason SwordAndSorcery.com went on hiatus, is also a good magazine with some classic-like stories.
Paizo's line of Planet Stories might also be what you're looking for.
The Theives World books, especially the earlier ones and the two new ones, are fairly good for that sort of 'old fantasy' feel.
