Question about Lemorian Golem (spoilers)

So in the flavor text of the room he is listed as having 50+ hps-
In the monster discription though, they have an average of 90+ hp.
Is this a wussie golem- or are the hp off?

96 is the average HP (12*5.5+30 for size)

51 Hp are below average, around 1/4 of the max Hp.

The lemorian golem should have 96 hit points.

As Golem should the Lemorian Golem have immunity to magic, like all other Golems?

Or is it really just a construct with ideas above it's station?
