I was wondering if anyone else had received their issue of dungeon yet. This is my first one shipped to me and I was wondering if it normally takes this long.
I usually get my duneon's the thurs before the store release date.

I just got my first issue of Dungeon (January), but I ordered the subscription before the December release, so you may not get yours until next month, depending on when you ordered.
I do feel a bit of concern over such delays in this high-speed information age, but I don't know all the factors in magazine subscriptions.

Send customer service an email... they can tell you which issue youll recieve first.

I know which one I'm getting I was just under the assumption that getting a subscription was faster.
Magazines are shipped using periodical/magazine/media/I can't remember-the-right-name rate of postage. All are pretty much shipped at the same time. However because it's not first-class (or perhaps even second) your local post office can sit on it for a while. Sometimes for a long while. The longest I have ever waited for Dungeon was about 3-1/2 weeks (most of the time I get them in about two). As I recall I got my next issue two weeks later so even within one local post office times can vary dramatically. For the record I got mine Friday after a long wait for the one before.

Yeah... periodicals rate (which is what magazines generally ship under) is pretty much the lowest priority of all shipping priorities. As in, they ship it when they've got the time. And when they do, the preference goes to weekly shipping magazines, so monthly magazines ship out even later.
I just got mine today woo hoo! I was gettin' worried there?
Still nothing. I called customer service and they said that it would 1-2 weeks from date of shipping (2 weeks is today) but that it might even take a week longer because of thanksgiving. I don't want to keep lamenting my situation but after reading everyone's posts about how great the issue is I'm starting to feel like the only subscriber without a copy. : (
I don't have mine, either.

In my experience, more than 2 weeks is not an unusual wait time. It's not uncommon that I receive my subscriber copy after it's already hit the shelves.
I haven't received January's issue yet either -- I'm not going to worry about it for another couple of weeks yet.
