You still need a usable universe of tag assignments before releasing a feature like that. An empty tagging system is like a warehouse full of empty shelves. We keep telling her that.

Make sure her chains are secure. We don't want her escaping.

There are no female dwarven avatars. Why is this?

Looking at the avatar selection screen I notice that it starts the organisation of the list by number of time used by default, and that 1 is the starting number.

Then how does one select an avatar that has not been used yet, but still exists?
(number of times used = 0, but it exists)

I wonder how many avatars are in this state of existing, but not visable to be selected?

Considering the amount of users and aliases exceeds the number of available avatars by quite a bit, it could be that avatars with 0 users using it don't exist. Taking a look at them sorted by date, that seems to make sense with the amount of new avatars we added recently.

Shadow Lodge

Avatars used zero times do exist, it's just that right now there aren't any. For about the first day or two when the most recent group of avatars were loaded, you could see avatars used zero times.

So they aren't hidden, it's just that every avatar is used at least once.

Thanks for the reply,

but I recall seeing a few avatars that could not be found in the Avatar selection or maybe it was my imagination.

(I do recall a changeling one, the one in CC: Haunting of Harrowstone, during the last autumn, but again maybe it was my imagination).

There was a changeling avatar that was used by a former staff member, perhaps that might be what you were thinking of?

yep, that's the one.

Employees (and some former employees) have unique avatars.

I knew employees had unique avatars, and for good reasons.

but I didn't know former employees kept their unique avatars and thus it's kept out of the avatar selection list.

Should have guessed (and wasn't it selectable back then?)

Then, can someone please make a new Changeling one?

And a new catfolk one or two.

140 new avatars from the Pathfinder Campaign Setting and Pathfinder Modules line have been added. We're now up to date on both these lines. Flumph and goblin fans will be pleased. Next time we should have Player Companions and Jade Regent :D

I kinda miss the preying mantis.

I liked my mantis, but staff needs to have unique avatars, so a flumph was a reasonable choice.

Are you calling yourself a harmless aberrant who farts a lot and procreate in ways weird enough to inspire interpretative dancing?

It's so pretty!

I am logged into My Account, and trying to add an avatar to this account. No can do. I double click on the avatar and nothing happens.

Since the new avatar organization, you no longer select them by clicking the picture; now you mouse over the picture until the pop-up giving you the avatar's provenance and categories appears, then click "Select this avatar" in the pop-up box.

Nothing to see her, move along.....

(Thanks Joana, I really need to pay more attention)

Don't worry about it. I couldn't figure it out at first, either, until I came and read a thread in Website Feedback explaining how to do it. :)

Need more Magus avatars. :P
Actually, need more magi in the products so there can be more avatars.

Fantastic job Chris. Thanks!

How come the staff gets the only Flumph Avatar that looks like a Flumph, while us real Flumphs are stuck with the jellyfish?

Because on my second day they were about to release a batch of new avatars, and they asked me to pick a unique avatar. The choice was pretty obvious for me. :)

Silver Crusade

I would also like a Flumph avatar.

I liked my phantom fungus one, but started to see it more often. If only there were a way to choose a unique avatar for non-staff :(

I don't think it'll ever happen... but if an avatar that fits this alias ever shows up ...it's mine!! ;)

Daigle's new avatar may make sense, but David's is probably the handsomest of the new batch.

I would like to request some instrument based avatars, specifically a pipe organ.

Hopefully then people will stop confusing me as a lizard with excellent cataloging skill.

I wonder when the next batch will be released?

Azure_Zero wrote:

Some time in June, I'd expect. ;)

Definitely Jade Regent ones. I have a product line or two to catch up on, and avatars from some of our more recent releases as well, I believe.

sweet

May I please ask if Ultimate Magic and Ultimate Combat avatars will be includent is this new batch?

Have the new Avatars been released yet?

Kelsey MacAilbert wrote:

Answer unclear at this time. We'll see how much I can accomplish before the next batch.

Azure_Zero wrote:

Not just yet. It's PaizoCon crunch time in Digital Products Assistant (and the larger population of Paizo) Land. When they do get put up, there will be a post in this thread.

thank you for the response

I'll be waiting patiently for the new batch.
as much as possible, (a month or two)

Will the next batch of avatars have the pics from the Advanced Race Guide?
