Missing Dungeon #138

Hi, I recently subscribed to both Dragon and Dungeon. I received my first 2 issues for Dragon, but only the first issue of my Dungeon subscription. The second one (#138) hasn't arrived. They usually take a while to arrive (about 5 weeks after shipping date), but 138's eight weeks behind. Any chance you could look into it? Thanks!


Same boat. My first issue was supposed to come to me and shipped on the 22nd. Its now the 7th of september and Still have not recieved my copy? What gives? Id hate for my vendor to get it before I do. :(

I'll put you down to get a replacement copy of #138.

Jackle,

Your first issue was #139 which should have arrived by now under normal circumstances but with the postal holiday this week, we'll need to give it an extra week to arrive. If you have not received your issue by the end of next week, send me an email and I'll get a replacement sent out.

I was just going to ask what the "proper' wait time is for issues. I've never had a problem before. Maybe I am just jonesing bad to see #139. Wouldn't think that one postal holiday would alter the shipping time by a week, but stranger things have happened.

You wouldn't think so, but that's pretty much what happens with every postal holiday.

Normally, here in Indiana, I get the issue about 7-10 postal days after it ships to subscribers. I have got it as early as 5 postal days though, but for the most part, its always been 7-10 (if it ships to subscribers on a Wednesday, I would normally get it a week from the following Friday or Saturday).

For the continental US, usually 2 weeks.
