Will we find out more about the two different heads of Demogorgon?

Savage Tide Adventure Path

I was thinking it would be very cool if we got more information about the two heads of Demogorgon and more depth for each so that they are distinguishable personalities. I assume each head has its own secret name known to Demogorgon's worshipers/cultists? Maybe some servants worship one head, while an opposing cult worships the other head, for example ixitxachitl worshipping one head while kopru worshipping the other.

Yes. Fiendish Codex (and the Book of Vile Darkness before it) actually already covers some basic information about Demogorgon's two personalities, but you can rest assured that over the course of the next dozen or so months, you'll be learning a lot more about them if you read Dragon and Dungeon.

Thanks. I'm looking forward to it (both the Fiendish Codex and Savage Tide).

I am VERY MUCH looking forward to the fiendish codex. It is my hope that further justice can be done to the Demon Lords and Princes so that they truly stand out from their 'species.'

For one, I'd like to see them actually get Epic Feats.

For another, it'd be nice for them to also receive spellcaster-class abilities (Example: Demogorgon casting spells as a Wizard 20/Cleric 20). I've never found the limited scope of their spell-like abilities very satisfying, particularly in light of the diverse evils they've wrought. Giving them flexibility in their use of magic (whatever the source) seems to make a lot of sense for being that have existed for tens of thousands of years.

Sovereign Court

Demogorgon and his split personality figure into the plot motivation for the bad guys in "The Bastion of Brokens Souls" module. You'll find more info on ol' two-face there.

Unfortunately, if you give Demogorgon that sort of power he will be virtually unbeatable even if weakened by the PCs actions. Speaking of which, I'd hate to see the players have to make alliances with other demon lords. I think the paladins and good-aligned clerics of the party might have a real issue with that.

A big yes to Epic Feats though. I have always found the feat selections for a few of the demon lords and princes to be uninspired. The Dark Speech feat is also irritating, because while great against low-level PCs its pretty useless against high-level PCs. I mean it forces 11+ level good PCs to want to kill the speaker. When the PCs finally face Demogorgon isn't that what they want to do anyway?

There, I went off on a tangent!
