Just placed this order five min ago, received confirmation email, then I logged in again on Paizo, now the order is no longer in my history. Is it something I'm doing?

I'm guessing you had multiple windows open on our site, which happened to be talking to different connections on paizo.com; when you placed an order through one connection, it took the second connection a few minutes to find out about it. We'll see what we can do to remove that delay. Thanks for letting us know!
