Please, please?

It would be nice to know where 132 has got to, since 133 is released in the US tomorrow.

My Dragon and Dungeon magazines seem to have settled into a pattern of arriving around the third week of the month - so I'd say we have a week or so to wait.

PS - Hi Ben :-) Looking forward to more Imperium goodness on Thursday. Promise not to sell you guys out to the mob this time... ;-)

Just you wait! You may be a mobster with powerful connections, Tony may well be a secret Ninja, but I have a supersecret suprise for you all this Thursday 'cos I'm actually Zhodhani and Psioni....damn!

Back on topic - wheres my Dungeon 132, please?

Howdy,

I've got an email into our distributor in the UK requesting the latest shipping dates for our mags (to our European Subscribers) and I should know more tomorrow so please check back.

Thanks Jeff for your help, hope to see you back soon with good news.

Any news in this regard ?

Is anybody able to provide any update yet as to when we might be seeing Dungeon 132 in the UK and Europe?

No,I haven't yet received mine in France, unless it's in the letterbox, see this in the evening.

Can we get an update on this please? With folks already starting to receive Dungeon #133, I am starting to wonder what has happened to #132. Many thanks.

It turns out that our fulfillment partner was awaiting a payment from us that hadn't been sent due to an oversight on our end. We have solved the problem by removing the responsible party from the payment process, and we're sorry for the delay.

Both of mine just arrived a few minutes ago here in Cambridgeshire, UK. Thanks!

Dungeon 132 arrived today, Cambridge UK.

Dungeon 132 and Dragon 341 arrived today in Sweden.

I have neither Dungeon nor Dragon and am in the UK. Would they have all shipped together (and are therefore lost) or am I further down the list than others on the board?

All European copies should ship pretty much simultaneously. I'd give it a few more days before I get worried, though.

Vic, thanks for the prompt reply but should I be worried by now.

Still no show on Dragon or Dungeon and we're now 2 weeks past the shipping date listed on The Place for Games.

At this point, i would suggest you contact The Place for Games about sending you a replacement issue.

Here's the "Contact Us" Page there. clicky clicky!

Thanks for this. Have done as you suggested but given that my contract to deliver my subscription is with Paizo and not The Place For Games (the latter being European delivery agents only) I would suggest that Paizo should address these problems themselves and not put the onus on its customers to contact a company that is essentially a third party in the transaction. This is not a new problem as I have had to contact Paizo on at least two occasions in the last year about missing issues. Given that I should receive 24 issues (both magazines) in a year, assuming that only two failed to appear on time (and I am sure it was more), an 8% failure rate for just one customer is not very impressive.

Perhaps someone could address the obvious deficiencies in European distribution as has been promised ever since I began subscribing in November 2004.

Have now had two "Undeliverable" messages back to my e-mail account from the link you supplied above and am assuming my message has not got through. Can I ask how long subscribers are expected to wait for issues they have already paid for and where I now go from here. I will of course e-mail Paizo's own Customer Service account but given posts elsewhere it seems I may not get a prompt response there either.

Advice please.

Paizo Employee Chief Technical Officer

Medriev,

You're right; Cosmo was mistaken—the only customers who should contact The Place for Games directly are those who have ordered their subscriptions through The Place for Games.

We will ask The Place for Games to reship your missing issues. (We'll also ask them to check the contact info page on their website.)

For European subscribers, we ask that you wait two weeks after The Place for Games ships them out, which is what you did. Thanks for your patience.

Many thanks for this response. As ever, I eagerly look forward to receiving both issues as the team is consistently delivering top class magazines month on month.

I also now know how long I should wait before my issues are overdue so this will help keep any impatience in check in future.

Thanks

Medriev
