We've posted images of Wayne Reynolds' designs for the minis in the first two Compleat Encounters sets. In addition, Sean Glenn has created desktop wallpapers showcasing these images. Get the goods here:

AWESOME! Great talent on this project, I can't wait to get my shaky-from-too-much-caffeine fingers on it.
I am especially pleased with the art for the Ninja entry. The look is clearly "ninja", but doesn't necessarily scream "Asia, you know, on Earth!". They could fit in my Greyhawk campaign, yay!
The Dark Elf entry also looks promising (I was hoping for a good drider, ah well, Reaper here I come). I never got into drow in the last 20 or so years of gaming, and they are just now becoming interesting to me. I'm looking forward to using the Dark Elf Sanctum with all my Kilsek Drow from Chainmail and the "Fane of the Drow" from WotC this fall.
Thanks Paizo! Rock, Rock on!

ah, Wayne Reynolds, a man blessed with the ability to make anything look cool. The ninja are great; I'll be getting this and later getting my Sho Kosugi on fevrishly.

This was precisely the direction given to Wayne, and he executed perfectly.

Those pics look great!

I know the figs are coming unpainted, but will they need some assembly like the Chainmail figs?

I think the goal is to have all the minis in one piece: No Assembly Required. Which makes me happy because the skillset requried to assemble metal minis is something that I've never been able to decipher.

Scarab Sages

These look great! It's the next two I'm REALLY wanting to see, though... Mummies, liches, Gorilla King...I'm ramped! Show me the Monkey!
