I think there were technical issues with the last discount code that was supposed to stack and didn't. Could be the same thing this time. Contact Customer Service and ask them to adjust it on their end.

We can't say for sure that there will be a sale each year like the one you're referring to Messy. In hindsight, while we offer OUTRAGEOUS deals in them, they tend to create a ton of CS issues, destroy the warehouse, and create massive delays with shipping out orders (especially when there's a sub run combined with it). So while they generate a lot of sales, they also generate a ton of trouble and we're just not sure the one is worth the other.

But...money. ;)

I've had to noodle around a bit with your order to get this to work, but ultimately you've now got 10% off of the qualifying items on that order. Let customer service know via email if you have any questions.

Appears to not be stacking correctly. I'm saving this order for the tech team to look at tomorrow so if you could not remove anything from the cart that would be extremely helpful.

The issue we had with the Pathfinder Advantage and the 10% summer code stacking has been resolved and should now work correctly. I'm going backwards to find the ones that were submitted and didn't have the discount stack, but I would recommend that if you have an order where this is the case, let us know via a new thread in customer service for your specific order or via email so that we do not miss getting the order total corrected.

I just want to confirm that I did things correctly. I entered the summer 15 code and saw all of the prices reduced. When I placed my order, I got the PDFs in the order immediately and the physical products were placed in my sidecart to ship with my next subscription delivery (presumably the September one).

Since I do not get charged for the physical products until they ship, can you confirm that I will still get this discount? If so, everything is good. If not, I would like to whatever is necessary to ensure that it ships in time to get this discount.

You should. If you don't see it when they ship in September, please let us know so we can fix it.

I found the order listed in "My Account" (I guess I don't buy enough physical product from you to think to look there -- for PDFs, the e-mails say it all.). Anyway, the prices all seem to have the proper discounts applied. I will definitely get back to you if anything changes later on.

When you go to the checkout process, click on step 2 (Payment Method). There is a space there to enter promotional codes.

That is not correct. I'm sorry to see that didn't work. I have fixed the order.

Correcting myself as I failed my perception and knowledge: promotion checks on this one. The Pathfinder Advantage discount does not apply to the non-mint items. Only the summer15 promo code would apply to the non-mint items. That was being calculated correctly.
