Into the Heart of Sin!
Final part of Shattered Star Adventure Path now available!Your quest is finally complete, and Venture-Captain Sheila Heidmarch throws a grand celebration in your honor as the final pieces of the Sihedron are assembled in the latest Pathfinder Adventure Path! Ancient artifacts flare to life in the conclusion of the Shattered Star Adventure Path, "The Dead Heart of Xin!" Celebrations turns to nightmares as unexpected side effects from activating the reassembled Sihedron wreak havoc upon the city of Magnimar and threaten to overwhelm all of Varisia. While your party may still hold the artifact, will they be able to use its power for good—or will they be overwhelmed by it? This adventure is for 15th-level brave (or is it foolhardy) folk, and all manner of glory and danger await as you uncover the secrets of Thassilon in "The Dead Heart of Xin!" In addition to the adventure, in "The Dead Heart of Xin" you'll get details on some of Shattered Star's unique magic items. The Sihedron, flamma horacalcum, timeglass, and wayfinder of infinite doorways are just a small sampling of what awaits (which you can easily portray at your tabletop with the Shattered Star Item Cards). Options for continuing the Shattered Star Adventure Path beyond this final part are included (like what happens should the party fail), along with more information on the infamous rulers of ancient Thassilon—the Runelords! The madness-inducing conclusion of Bill Ward's Pathfinder journal, "Child of a Distant Star" along with four new monsters to add to any campaign are featured as well! The raelis azata, clockwork dragon, living rune, and mezlan can all add that feel of ancient Thassilon to your game (easily assisted by the recently released Pathfinder Battles Shattered Star prepainted miniatures)—no matter where the game might take you! The Shattered Star Adventure Path might be over, but there are others lands in need of new heroes. Flurries of snow fall unexpectedly in realms far from the icy reaches of the north, and the Reign of Winter Adventure Path will take you far beyond even Golarion's horizon as you solve a mystery a hundred years in the making!
