I placed this order on 11/27/2020, I am trying to figure out when the order is going to be shipped it still says Pending?

Hi LackofFocus,

It looks like your order is being held up by two sets of dice. There are some items we have to get from a distributor or manufacturer when an order is placed for them. These items will show a long shipping window under the availability portion of their product page. For instance, Set of 7 Elvish Dice—Green & White says “Ships from our warehouse in 15 to 65 business days". This is our estimate for how long it may take to get to us from the supplier.

What we can do in the meantime is ship the dice sets that we have gotten at our warehouse, and ship the final two later on when they come in. You can of course, choose to wait until we have your entire order before we ship it out, it's up to you.

I've gone ahead and moved the products holding up your order to a new one. You should get an email for that shipment shortly.

The part of your order that's ready to ship should be shipped out early next week (due to inventory being done this week).

Is there a way I can get a working tracking number on the order that shipped, the number in the order is saying it is not valid.

Hi!

It looks like the order shipped out today :) Currently, it doesn't look like tracking info is available but should be within 24-48 hours. Please let me know if there is anything more I can do to assist you!
