Starfinder's original campaign returns in a new six-adventure hardcover compilation! When a fragment of an ancient alien superweapon surfaces in the depths of hyperspace, its discovery sets off a race to find the extraterrestrial doomsday device. Hopping from planet to planet in the Pact Worlds and beyond, the heroes must contend with both the undead Corpse Fleet and the nihilistic Cult of the Devourer, each of which seeks to acquire the alien artifact for its own purposes. Can the heroes find and destroy the superweapon before their enemies seize control of it, or will the Pact Worlds' sun go dark and cold, a harbinger of dead suns across the galaxy?
Starfinder's very first campaign explodes onto the pages of this massive hardcover compilation, containing all six adventures in the Dead Suns Adventure Path, a galaxy-spanning campaign that helped launch the Starfinder RPG, along with support articles, rules, monsters, and more!
The Dead Suns Adventure Path is sanctioned for use in Starfinder Society Organized Play. The rules for running this Adventure Path and Chronicle sheet are available as a free download (5.5 MB PDF).

An excellent campaign, in which each module explores a different genre of science fiction to give us a taste of what Starfinder can accomplish, all in order to save the galaxy from an ancient evil.
Spoilers:
The first module is stunning, with a cyberpunk flavor, as well as reminiscent of Alien.
The second module presents a world much like Avatar's Pandora, focusing on the exploration of lost worlds.
The third module focuses on dystopia and the Dying Earth genre, visiting a planet full of the undead.
The fourth module introduces us to the post-apocalyptic genre of ancient lost civilizations.
The fifth module focuses on the danger of artificial intelligences and technology.
And finally the sixth module introduces us to space opera and large-scale space battles.
In all, an epic campaign, which while it may feel rail-roady at some points, is different enough from Pathfinder to demonstrate Starfinder's strengths as a unique setting and system. Highly recommended!
Just writing this review because I still see people playing Dead Suns a lot as their 'first' Starfinder AP:
Folks - Dead Suns is not the best AP for Starfinder. It's a decent AP, but especially with the first 3 books there's still too much Pathfinder 1e DNA in it because people were still getting used to the system. Book 2 in particular is utterly skippable drek (see my review of Temple of the Twelve for details).
My recommendation? Try a 3-parter first like Drift Crashers, Against the Aeon Throne, or two of the standalone's like Junker's Delight and Liberation of Locus-1 --- and then transition to Dead Suns starting with book 4, where things start to gel and the space opera themes of Starfinder actually get explored.
You are missing literally nothing by skipping books 1-3 except getting the map pieces that allow you to actually get where you're going. TRUST ME.
Got the PDF today, and as someone who never owned the original adventure path, I was disappointed to find out that much of the Alien Archives that I had seen were included in the original adventures were cut from this edition, The adventure itself still looks really good but one of the other main reasons I was interested in picking this up was gaining access to some of this content and while this includes some of it, the book notably only has 2 of the races originally introduced in Dead Suns (Elebrian and Kish) with the others that haven't been reprinted in other books as far as I know seemingly missing. This was something that I was not expecting when I made the purchase as I couldn't find any information to suggest this would have been the case.

So I got the digital copy of the adventure path. how do I get the maps out of the PDF to load them into the virtual table top? I have zero aptitude for graphics design or art and need the maps to load into foundry. I already owned the physical book and literally bought this for just the maps.
also I don't know if I'm double posting or not. I i think i just deleted all the posts and I'm trying again
