A special coating on each Flip-Mat allows you to use wet erase, dry erase, AND permanent markers with ease! Removing permanent ink is easy—simply trace over any permanent mark with a dry erase marker, wait 10 seconds, then wipe off both marks with a dry cloth or paper towel.

Looks really good on both sides.
Two nice little setups.

This is a MUST HAVE and will work perfectly for my Kingmaker (Vast) AP games. Popping both of these in my Roll20 game right now as I post this!! Ha Ha ha

Do these Flip-Mats come with jpeg or png files for VTT?

Jpeg and works really well when I added them on Roll20!!

I believe the download will provide both PDF and jpeg. This is what comes as a bonus with the physical product for subscribers.
