They absolutely *are* available in print, just not here at the Paizo store because of the way their consignment percentage works on print products. You can get them at the Legendary Games webstore as well as DrivethruRPG, Amazon, and the Open Gaming Store.
We are looking forward to getting To Worlds Unknown finished up and ready in January for PF2 as well!
