Not really without some major conversion work.
Playtestiary is now my favorite word.

Mark, I think it is worth recognizing that as both a long time player and a designer conversion effort for you is radically different for many players/GMs you have a detailed familiarity with not only a wide variety of rules, but a deep sense of where and what any underlying conversion math may be useful in adjudicating various uneven fits and the multitude of edge cases in going from a system with many options too one with fewer. For example in my case I'd say despite playing Pathfinder now for a number of years Its only been within the last year that I'd feel comfortable converting 3.5 material on- the-fly, without spending a bunch of time completely rewriting and building the stat block from the ground up.

I will say that something I liked about other systems I've played is that they would include a section to help convert from the previous edition. I think that would be a good addition personally.
The developers have stated that there will be a conversion guide (in what form—probably PDF—we don't know yet). They are NOT doing one for the play-test as they want people to try it out as a straight up fantasy RPG and comment on it.
They will be putting out the conversion guide sometime around when the actual game is released (August 2019) as that is when they will have final rules to convert to! Converting stuff to the play-test would be a large use of valuable time for something that will change in 12 months. Really not worth it for the company.
Oh, and I wouldn't expect the conversion to guide to come out at the same time as PF2 is published; probably within a month or two is more likely.
