fighter feats

Rules Questions

ok I have a question about feats I am a fighter that just hit level 4 and it says I get a bonus feat I do not understand it exactly I was wondering does that mean since I have cleave and base attack bonus 4 do I get the choice that I can choose greater cleave? I am new to rpg and pathfinder so I am still learning

Yes, you can choose any COMBAT feat if you meet the prerequisites of the feat.

The rules state for Fighter bonus feats:

At 1st level, and at every even level thereafter, a fighter gains a bonus feat in addition to those gained from normal advancement (meaning that the fighter gains a feat at every level). These bonus feats must be selected from those listed as Combat Feats, sometimes also called “fighter bonus feats.”

Another words, as long as its a combat feat, you can take it as long as you meet the prerequisites. So yes, you can get Great Cleave at 4th level (assuming you have power attack and STR13 which you should have if you have cleave).

ok kool thanks alot, yes I do meet the pre reqs so appreciate it

It's good to be a Fighter ;)
