Welcome to Pathfinder Society Academy, a part of the Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild set aside for new players from ages 6 to 17 and their families. It is designed to introduce organized play using the Pathfinder RPG Beginner Box and the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, provide a positive gaming experience for young players, and support youth-friendly content. The Pathfinder Society Academy Guide provides a summary of everything the program offers, as well as all the information you need to get Pathfinder Society Academy up and running in your area.

Pathfinder Society Academy provides three packs of lessons: Beginner, Advanced, and Transitions. Each pack contains 4-5 brief lessons that accompany short adventures. After players finish these lessons, they are ready for full Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild adventures. The Pathfinder Society Academy Guide provides more information about setting up Pathfinder Society games tailored to younger players, including games with young GMs.

This download also includes the four Beginner Box pregenerated characters (cleric, fighter, rogue, and wizard), a blank Beginner Box character sheet, and a trifold that players can use to track which adventures they have played and plan their first character.

Note: Pathfinder Society Academy is a limited release. If you are interested in hosting a Pathfinder Society Academy event, contact your local venture-officer.

Sovereign Court

It’s very controlled, I believe because of the responsibilities of hosting events specifically for young people.
