While receiving this shield bonus to AC, your gauntlet or spiked gauntlet is treated as a buckler for the purpose of using other feats and abilities

So I loose the monk AC bonuses if I use the style got it.

How would feint and bash work if the shield (gauntlets) dose not threaten?
Can I increase the size of the bukler like titanic/Impact enchantment to make it a light shield? So I can bulrush with them?

You need the Unhindering Shield feat.

You can increase the size, but it still wouldn't threaten. 3rd edition (and Tolkien) rule notwithstanding, a human dagger doesn't magically become a halfling shortsword (unless it is magic).

Can I get shield master?

You can get Shield Bash, Shield Master, and the like with Shield Gauntlet Style if you also have Upsetting Shield Style active... but having two styles active at the same time would require either Weapon Style Mastery or levels in either Master of Many Styles or Varisian Free-Style Fighter.

Shield Master negates the TWF penalties on the shield(s), but not other weapons.
