Known for their mastery over eldritch energies and espionage, serpentfolk find persuasive means to infiltrate nearly any society. As such these enigmatic serpents have ancient arcane means of molding other races into subservience required to further their own agenda. The serpentfolk aspirant is a template that can be used on any humanoid type, representing the serpentfolk's malefic tempation to bring others under their control through the promise of power and prominence. This suppliment includes both the template, spells used by serpentfolk to create these agents and a sample NPC.
