These wooden floor cut-up sections will be included with a forthcoming set of Inked Adventures Blocks as a base tile, however they work well as a versatile product in their own right.

The one page (6×10 squares) can be printed multiple times and assembled together to create a large battlement tile, or it can be cut into individual sections to represent corridors, small rooms in building floor plans. They can used in abstract ways to represent square huts, tree houses, trapdoors, wooden bridges in the wilderness and so on. This is very much along the lines of simple gaming accessories which were used in the 70s and early 80s.

The black and white art sheet is ideal for referee’s who wish to save on printer ink, or alternatively, can be coloured in with felt pens (a creative pre-play option for very young players). The hand drawn style can compliment a referee’s freehand dry-erase map, with wooden floor sections being used within the scenery drawn on the battlement.
