A good female undead. Don't kiss her with that tongue. I've typically seen ghouls bald, but I don't see any reason why it can't have long hair, I suppose. Maybe it's a wig.

Better painted than I'd anticipated, with a sharp sculpt. For variety, or that instance where you require a female undead, it does the job.
