How do I access the image of the maps to use on a VTT?

I have bought the first book of the Drift Crashers AP (The Perfect Storm) and I'm trying to get the maps as images to put on FoundryVTT for actual use, but using a print from print screen or windows capture generates a very low quality image. I tried using Foxit reader to select the element but when I did it selected one empty layer above it and I don't have permission to edit the PDF and can't remove it. I haven o way of getting the maps I payed for, does anyone have a technique that works?

Personally i use TokenTool to exract the art from the PDF, it keeps the transparency intact on character art, and you can extract art/maps directly in webp format
