I had ordered subscriptions for the Pathfinder Adventure Path, Modules, and Companion and had requested that they be sent to me through Snail Mail. Unfortunately I had a problem with the order that I had had before. It seems that there is a Black Hole attached to the USPS between Paizo and Houston, TX. The only things that fall into it are anything with my name on it. I had contacted the Customer Service department about not receiving the items and they sent out a second shipment.
That shipment didn't make it either so I asked if they could allow me to pay the difference in shipping between USPS and UPS. They did and I have received the order in a timely matter. It was one day later than projected but I blame that on Hurricane Ike coming through.
I wanted to let the Customer Service people I appreciate everything they did to insure I received the material I ordered. Thank you very much you are appreciated.
