Odd the discussion thread for this product is gone. I was looking for some old posts. I can find a snippet of it in the search but when I follow the link the whole thread is gone.

...I agree with Jason, the NPC cards and status/anything not item cards are why I like this line. I know that the AP deck of cards come out near the front of the Adventure paths. And not all the art is in so making the AP deck all NPC's is not going to happen. Is there any chance of make the Adventure Path set a mix of items and NPC's? Or better yet (IMHO) an item set at the...

This has been posted elsewhere in the forum (and on other sets), but I truly wish there was a list of all the humanoid types in these face cards (and others). Honestly do not know what each humanoid is (most, but not all). Would not be hard to have a list including with the set(s).

Agreed. Had to scrounge really hard to find a site that had the Friends & Foes deck, but it looks like the Urban NPC's deck is completely gone aside from the inflated Amazon listings.

Reprint as a double pack ala the Essentials Items set.

I'd love to see that. These generic NPC decks are great, and both this and Friends and Foes are unavailable at even two or three times retail, so as a double set even people who have one or the other set could buy and save a few dollars.
