I received the shipping email 34 days ago, but still haven't received the package. Backstory: this has happened quite a few times now, and it's been getting more frequent.

Each time I've sent an email and received a new package, but then a day or two later the original arrives as well. I'm not sure if the catch is with Paizo or the USPS, but if it's with them you should probably do something about it. I can't be the only one this happens to, and it can't be good for business (I know after five years of subscriptions it's starting to bother me just a little more than I'm willing to handle).

I'm sorry to hear that this order hasn't arrive yet.

Because Standard Postal Delivery involves a transfer between UPS Mail Innovations and the US Postal Service, we have found that occasionally the parcel will miss a scan along the way and no information will be updated. Even though data is not being updated, we find that the parcel is almost always still on its way. We do not consider these parcels missing until they has exceeded their delivery estimate.

In this case, yours is definitely outside of it's delivery estimate, so I've set up a replacement copy in your sidecart.

Please note that we have found that for people how frequently have issues with with getting mail at their current address, sometimes it helps to change the delivery address from a home address to a work address, or vice versa, or another address they are comfortable with. Alternatively, you may want to consider trying a different shipping method.
