So, the same day I pick up Indulgences Wave 2 (what can I say, I'm addicted to EVIL...) one of the players in my upcoming Pathfinder Playtest/Rise of the Runelords game inexplicably announces he wants to play a fisherman-monk from Sandpoint. So methinks he'll be an adherent of Gozreh, rescued from the sea as a child and tutored by a crusty old Tulita ex-patriot in the ways of Ocean and Spiky-Whale-Death-Punches.
Point being, Logue, stop sending darkstinkysecret dreams to influence my crew. Last thing I need is a bunch of c&%%@@$+&ing shark-humping dervishes reciting poetry and spitting swamp-water on each other's naughty bits.

Ha! Awesome! Hope the ****punching goes well for you (Nick's not allowed to write "c&@&%#&%&ing" anymore now that he is a Paizo employee).
Enjoy the Indulgence!

Nick, I just got the PDF, and just like the "Art of the Duel" PDF, it was well worth every cent. Now I want to convert my old 3rd level, 1st edition monk into a Mai'kal for the Pathfinder game.
Also, reading the improvised "natural" weapons of of the Tulita reminded me of some of the weapons in Dark Sun, like the Tortise Blade (horse-shoe crab-like gaunlets that allowed you to stab and enhanced your punching attacks), the Thanak (a wooden sword studded with ptarrx teeth), and the Carrikal (a sharpened jawbone attached to a haft, sort of like a battle axe).
All in all, good job!

Thanks Sentinel! Glad you enjoyed it!

So this is pathfinder PDF mini adventures? Who are you people? Why? Whyyyy?
Zux
Ha! Nope, Sinister is my own wee publishing house. We put out OGL adventures and supplements. Our Indulgences line is a series of mini-pdfs (though some of this month's grew to not-so-mini-size).
The Warrior's Way is a supplement for monks, fighters and like-minded characters who want to be able to whip out some Island-style martial arts techniques and add some new interesting weapons and items to their repertoire.

Hey Nick, normally speaking I love your work, and the theory behind this has a special place in my heart (my geology teacher is one of the leading people involved with the archaeology of Easter Island). But I gotta ask, what's up with the feats in this book? Ignoring all damage reduction? Knocking people across rooms with no save or opposed checks? I'm really at a loss.
It won't be much to fiddle with the feats balance wise as I convert them over to pathfinder...Just curious as to why you thought this was balanced to begin with?
Either way, I just ordered my copy of Razor Coast, and am dying in anticipation. Looking forward to the scifi setting as well. Been looking for something outside the traditional fantasy I always find myself mired in.

Whenever I try to print this PDF - an error box flashs on the screen that reads "Is printer aviable?" I click "yes" but it doesn't print. I tried some other PDFs - including another one I bought from paizo - and that one printed ok. Is anyone esle having trouble with this file?
I haven't seen this particular error before. I'd suggest making sure you have a recent version of Adobe Reader.
Googling the error message turns up this suggestion:
'If you have the latest version of Acrobat reader and you can view the article correctly on screen but cannot print it, with the PDF file open in Acrobat Reader, choose "Print" from the File menu. Then check the "Print as Image" option in the Print dialog.'
I suspect that "print as image" option doesn't appear for everyone, but if it appears for you, give it a shot.
