Fifth Hour Race: The Mechanika (Signature) PDF

The Mechanika are a people with mechanical parts attached to them. Their high status Tani live their lives in a dreamlike stupor in great skyscrapers, thanks to rare drugs, while various low-status toil below. Their land is so far away that is usually not worried about; however, the Mechanika are physically powerful, and it is feared that if they should ever go to war, it would be a major event, particularly on the Bai and Byblos, their immediate neighbors.

Although created for the Fifth Hour setting, a Trait-based system makes the Mechanika suitable for any fantasy campaign that wants something different from standard tropes.
