Forgot I needed to recharge a card for my own blessing; I would've recharged Bloodroot Poison since it's been completely useless anyway, meaning I drew Savored Sting instead in my hand above. I then would've recharged The Savored Sting to bless Thargrap's check to move to mountain, first recharging Priest of Abadar to play it. I then heal 2 on Alahazra's turn. Going to wait for a BR update before taking my turn since a lot happened with the board state.

Hour of The Midwife. At the start of my turn, summon and encounter Bogeyman per the Hour power, then evade it. Stay at Shrine and explore.

Shrine 1: Zombie. Asking Thargrap for Enhance (on Strength) and to discard a card to gain his skills. Using unarmed Melee. Recharge Sergeant-at-arms to add 1d6. Combat 9+4+4=17 (22): 1d10 + 5 + 4 + 1d6 ⇒ (8) + 5 + 4 + (2) = 19 Success, Harrow of Hammers hits Compass. Discard Priest of Abadar to explore.

Shrine 2: Lich. Autofail BA, discarding 1d4 ⇒ 4 cards (Yikes!). For the first combat, using unarmed Melee. Asking Thargrap to discard a card so I gain his skills. Discard Blessing of Urgathoa to bless twice. Combat 12+4+4=20 (25): 3d10 + 5 + 4 ⇒ (2, 7, 1) + 5 + 4 = 19 Accessory reroll the 1. Combat 20 (25): 1d10 + 18 ⇒ (5) + 18 = 23 Hammers hits me, so I discard another card from my deck.

Asking someone else to take the 2nd combat check. I can't afford to do it myself and I'd just burn more party resources on it. My Gift is available for use. Please save Erastil's Eye so I can close Shrine. Spoilered the close check below assuming that Lich was defeated.

Closing:
Reveal Swallowtail Bracers. Alahazra discards Erastil's Eye. Wisdom 5+3=8: 2d6 + 1 ⇒ (1, 3) + 1 = 5 Use a Hero Point. Wisdom 8: 2d6 + 1 ⇒ (6, 2) + 1 = 9 success. Villain found at Shrine, all other cards are banished.

Finally, asking Alahazra for Cure, healing 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4 cards so I don't die when I reset.

Someone needs to take a Combat 19 check against Lich. My Gift is available for use.
Assuming Lich was defeated, Alahazra discards Erastil's eye for the close check.
Alahazra uses Cure.
Everything being Undead and therefore Mental and Poison immune is super annoying.

Wisdom 6: 2d8 ⇒ (4, 5) = 9 Success. I need to take the second check. Reveal and additionally recharge Keen Starknife. Asking Thargrap for Our Lord In Iron to bless (which requires first recharging another card). Combat 19 (24): 2d8 + 2d4 + 6 ⇒ (3, 5) + (2, 2) + 6 = 18 Yikes, use a Hero Point to reroll that. Combat 19 (24): 2d8 + 2d4 + 6 ⇒ (6, 4) + (3, 2) + 6 = 21 19 due to location power, still enough to succeed. Harrow of Hammers hits the top of my deck: Gentleman Explorer.

Villain is defeated and escapes. Cliff is closed. I'll move to where Thargrap goes.

Thargrap needs to make a Wisdom 6 check or bury a card, then recharges another card and recharges Our Lord in Iron (in that order). Sorry for killing your hand :(

Cliff 5: Corrupted Priestess. Hrm. I can't easily move from open locations per scenario rules so I think fighting the villain rather than evading is a better play. Everyone must succeed at a Wisdom 6 check or bury a card. I'll autofail mine and bury Corrosive Dagger +1. Then Alphabetical: 1d3 ⇒ 1 Alahazra summons and encounters Skeletal Steed. Remember that Harrow of Crowns increases the difficulty of all checks against it by 4. Pausing for that resolution since I may suffer damage if she fails.

Cliff 1: Vampire Spawn. Reveal Starbow. Recharge Savored Sting to bless, recharging Seeking Longbow first per scenario power. Combat 15 (20): 2d8 + 1d6 + 8 ⇒ (8, 4) + (4) + 8 = 24 Success, Cliff doesn't reduce this further. Harrow of Hammers not triggered. Discard Cerulean Mastermind to explore. Vampire Spawn is consumed by Nulgreth.

Cliff 2: Ogre. Before acting, each local character suffers 1 Combat damage. Recharge my displayed armor to reduce my damage by 2. Asking Thargrap for Enervation and Alahazra for Binder's Tome. Difficulty is reduced by 2d4 ⇒ (2, 2) = 4 Reveal Starbow. Combat 12+4+4-4=16 (21): 1d8 + 1d6 + 8 + 1d4 ⇒ (2) + (2) + 8 + (2) = 14 Yikes. Use Hour power to bury my hand (Starbow) and discards (Cerulean Mastermind) to reroll. Combat 16 (21): 1d8 + 1d6 + 8 + 1d4 ⇒ (6) + (3) + 8 + (2) = 19 17 thanks to Cliff's power. Better, not worth shooting for a 21 so Harrow of Hammers discards the top of my deck: The Cyclone.

Hand is now empty, so end turn.

Trail 11: Haughty Nobles. Alahazra reveals Binder's Tome. Recharge Desna's Freedom to bless, first recharging Keen Starknife per scenario power. Diplomacy 10: 2d12 + 3 + 1d4 ⇒ (7, 12) + 3 + (3) = 25 Defeated. Summon and encounter a new ally. Random Ally 1 Dream Spider, which of course doesn't list Diplomacy in its check to acquire so there is no way I'm making this. Choose to fail. For failing to acquire an ally, Thargrap buries a new monster.

Alahazra points out a raving madman standing atop a nearby tower who is shouting endlessly about how this is the end times due to the appearance of massive amounts of undead. Arueshalae flies up to him to make him stop talking, as it's rather distracting and the Pathfinders have the situation well in hand. She is successful in this endeavor, although perhaps not in the way she thought since the sudden appearance of a demon makes him run away screaming that he was right and hiding inside.

Assuming BR is ok with a retcon of me playing my Gift on everyone's checks that didn't explicitly ask for it (because it's literally free), Reiko would have a minimum of 20 on the Ogre check instead of 18, which is good because it was a difficulty of 20 (12+4+4 due to Legendary increase of #).

At the start of my turn, bury Sergeant-at-arms to examine all locations. Only 1's left in Shrine, and a single 0 at Library. All cards examined, we win!

Seems the recap posted by Alahazra above missed her end of turn examine. It looks like it'd be Mistform (Spell 3), which gets recharged somewhere that isn't Shrine (keeping it in Library is probably best). Display my Gift next to Alahazra, choosing Charisma, then explore.

Library 4: Wand of Force Missile. Choose to fail and banish it.

I'm unable to explore again, so end turn. As a reminder, my Gift is displayed next to Alahazra so if she wants to Cure herself on my turn, now would be a decent time to do that. Examine next card of Library: The Sickness. Recharge it into Shrine. If we can clear Ogre out of Shrine then everything left there is level 1, meaning that location is mostly set and we can instead focus on clearing out Library for a win.

Strategy-wise, we have 4 cards remaining in Library (one level 0, one level 3, rest unknown) and 5 cards remaining in Shrine (four level 1, one level 2). Chambers is open but empty, and can be used as a staging location to exploit the start of turn examine to rearrange cards around (examine Chambers first, then examine the next location, so that cards are recharged evenly between two locations instead of put back into the same one). However, Reiko and Thargrap are Dazed and are unable to examine cards at the start of their next turn (they can examine at the end by getting rid of Dazed first and then doing the scenario power afterwards).

So I would recommend the following: Reiko explores Shrine (hoping to clear Ogre out, although that is only 25% since Shrine is shuffled). Thargrap explores Library to let us know the final two unknown cards. From there, we can better make a plan to win this, although it's going to be tight. Alahazra will likely need to use the start of turn examine to split a location in half by examining Chambers first and then whatever location. If that examine goes well, and we clear Ogre out, then I'd be in position to win at the start of my turn. Otherwise I can perform the setup needed for Reiko to win at the start of her turn.

Twisting Passages 1: Invisible Wall. Yikes. I have terrible odds at this but I'll go for it anyway since there's no real penalty for failure. Alahazra recharges Blessing of the Spellbound. I reveal Swallowtail Bracers. Arcane 9: 2d4 + 1 ⇒ (2, 3) + 1 = 6 Nope. Twisting Passages is shuffled.

Display my gift next to someone so it doesn't clog my hand during reset, then end my turn. At end of turn, examine the top card of Twisting Passages: 1d5 ⇒ 1 Invisible Wall! On the trigger, reveal Swallowtail Bracers. Disable 9: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8 Hmm. We've got time, so I won't spend a hero point here. Failed and reloaded into location, and I'm forced to end my turn (which is ending anyway, so nothing really happens).

Before ending turn, display Arueshalae's Gift next to Reiko, choosing Dexterity. As before, I'll be drawing it again at the start of Reiko's turn; this is just getting it out of my hand so it doesn't occupy a hand size slot.

At end of turn, examine the top card of Twisting Passages: Humanbane Rapier. No real good place to put this since Cell got messed up with both a level 2 and level 3 boon. Let's put it at the bottom of Twisting Passages and designate this location as our "level 2 boon" location for the time being.

Arueshalae moves into some twisting passageways as a means of evading the harpy sounds she heard earlier. A ghost greets her, and she struggles to defeat it. In the end, she is victorious, but the fight was rather tiring. She begins to study the surrounding area looking for clues to the puzzle box. Some things look promising, such as a rapier and a glass eye emblazoned with Erastil's holy symbol, and she sets them aside for future examination. Less promising was a potion bottle with a pungent aroma that made her nauseous. Arueshalae destroyed it with great prejudice, feeling that whatever it might be, it probably wasn't important.

Pits #5 Card 4: Henchman Proxy A2. Well then. Before acting, Hour adds 1 and I reveal Swallowtail Bracers to add 1. Constitution 7: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5 Failed, become drained and bury Helpful Haversack from discards. Difficulty is increased by 1d10 ⇒ 1 Alahazra discards Blessing of the Spellbound. Hour adds 1. Combat 13+1=14: 2d8 + 5 + 1d8 + 1 - 3 ⇒ (8, 5) + 5 + (8) + 1 - 3 = 24 To close, draw 4 cards and recharge my hand. We win!

Bruised and beleaguered, and thoroughly drained from the experience of being assaulted non-stop by these stone guardians. Out of arrows, Arueshalae begins firing her crossbow at the guardians. While most plink harmlessly off its stony composition, cracks do begin to form from the impact. Finally, it crumbles to dust and resounding silence. It seems that may have been the last one of them!

Pits #3 Card 1: Ill Tidings. Encounter Hourglass Card 1: The Carnival. I unfortunately suck at acquiring this (d4 Wisdom and I lack Acrobatics). However, Ill Tidings has some interesting wording... so I'll evade The Carnival and the Hourglass is shuffled. Because I did not fail at any checks against The Carnival, Ill Tidings is defeated.

Discard Helpful Haversack to explore, as I'm at a Wild location. Pits #3 Card 2: Henchman Proxy A3. Before acting, everyone must succeed at a Constitution or Fortitude 7 check or suffer the scourge Drained. Failure also triggers Harrow of Hammers. For my check, discard Blessing of Urgathoa to bless twice. Constitution 7: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 6) = 11 Success. I am assuming that someone will take my Gift for their check, but I am planning on using my other blessing for the check to defeat.

Difficulty of check to defeat is increased by 1d10 ⇒ 7. Reveal and additionally discard Starbow. Discard Blessing of the Archdevils to bless. Combat 13+7=20: 3d8 + 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (6, 3, 3) + (4) + 7 = 23 No 1's or 2's, scenario power doesn't apply. To close, draw 5 cards then recharge my hand. Discard Blessing of Baalzebul on my BA check to bless twice. Constitution 7: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 6, 3) = 15 Success. My Gift is available for someone else's check and it should be used before I close so it doesn't get recharged into my deck. I plan on using The Carnival for my combat check so that is not available. Difficulty is increased by 1d10 ⇒ 3 Combat 13+3=16: 2d8 + 5 + 1d8 ⇒ (7, 8) + 5 + (5) = 25 Don't flip any dice upside-down. For defeating a monster, Grave Tender lets me draw a card. To close, draw 4 cards then recharge my hand. Choose not to shuffle my deck WPC; I like knowing the order of it :)

Arueshalae comes across a fancy suit of armor, likely belonging to someone interred here long ago. She dons it to try it out, and not a moment too soon as another stone guardian bursts into the chamber with the group and starts throwing rubble about! Arueshalae dodges the bits thrown at her and follows up with a volley of her own from her crossbow. While the bolts could not easily penetrate the golem's stony composition, it provided enough of a distraction for everyone to get to safety down a narrow side passage that the golem is unable to fit into. After a brief period of running, the group stops to catch their breath and regroup, then investigate the new section of the Ossuary they found themselves in.

7-2D: Increase to Tier 3 (so Tier 3, 0 XP). Bank HP, so now have 1 HP. When I increase to Tier 3, add the loot cards Starbow, Spherewalker Staff, and Swallowtail Bracers to my CD box.

Legendary reward: Erase power feat Hand Size 6, gain power feat "Electricity, Fire, and Poison damage dealt to you is reduced by 3 (☑ 5)" -- I felt that the party as a whole was consistently getting very low on cards this past adventure due to wildcards and story banes taxing healing resources, and since Alahazra can't be everywhere at once it seems worthwhile to bring my hand size down temporarily to help ease that a bit. I've also been making surprisingly good use of my demon energy resistance power and the new feat will help soak cases where I suffer 1d4 or 1d4+1 damage as well without needing to worry about it.

AD1 reward: Banish Longbow and replace with Starbow (level 3 weapon, but is Owner: Arueshalae so I can treat it as level 0).

Will post AD2 reward and deck upgrades a bit later, ran out of time.

Hour of Gorum's Iron. Let's finish this. Move to Oubliette and explore. Need Guard checks from Reiko (vs Monstrous Spider) and Thargrap or Alahazra (vs the Danger). Spoilering fight vs villain. I am planning to use one blessing on the villain fight, but it looks like we have 4 available so hopefully that's ok. I have no support to offer anyone else.

Villain Fight:
Before acting, summon and encounter another Acid Mantis Queen, and then evade it. For fight against the real one, reveal Deathbane Light Crossbow and freely recharge Keen Starknife. Hour power adds 1. Someone plays a blessing if available; it is the 3rd d8 in the following roll in the event it is not available (so we know which die to subtract). Combat 10+4+4=18: 2d8 + 5 + 1d4 + 1 + 1d8 ⇒ (1, 8) + 5 + (1) + 1 + (3) = 19 Whether or not that is successful depends on whether or not a blessing was available.

Feeling renewed and thoroughly sick of these gods-forsaken caverns, Arueshalae spots the biggest and baddest looking mantis and begins firing her crossbow. Still gripping her side from her recent encounter with the bloodbug, Arueshalae tries to drain some of the life from a Dire Badger to help herself recover. Unfortunately, it didn't have much left in it, certainly much less than a person would have. She shoots another ghost, and then spots some magic leather armor around a nearby skeleton; likely the fallen remains of someone else unlucky enough to wind up in this forsaken place.

Twisting Passages 4: Wolf Pack. Before acting, I summon and encounter another one, then evade the summoned one. Against the main one, difficulty is increased by 1d6 ⇒ 3 per Harrow of Books. Arueshalae wanders around the passageways some more, following twists and turns. She is thoroughly lost, and not even her compass provides any aid, but eventually she stumbles across some of the wildlife in the cavern -- a blood-sucking insect and a pack of wolves. She kills them, but does not manage to emerge unscathed from the ordeal. Finally, Arueshalae catches sight of a familiar tunnel, guarded by a geist. She thanks Desna for leading her back to the group and kills the undead spirit with her crossbow.

Spider Nest 2: Skeletal Owlbeast. Choose to fail the BA check (I'd be rolling 1d4 to get a 5 no matter which skill I pick anyway), suffer 2 Poison damage (per location power) which is reduced to 0 (per character power). Reveal and freely recharge Keen Starknife on the Combat check. Combat 14: 1d8 + 2d4 + 5 ⇒ (3) + (2, 2) + 5 = 12 Well that was awful. Let's use my accessory reroll on the d8. Combat 14: 1d8 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13 Per Keen Starknife's power, any die that shows a 4 is counted as 6, which brings the total to 15. Skeletal Owlbeast is defeated and consumed by Nulgreth.

Display Glamered Leather Armor then reload Blessing of Baalzebul to examine the next card: Geist. Make sure you have Magic before fighting it! End turn.

Further down the twisting passageways, she spots something foul-smelling and clearly undead moving towards Alahazra. She shouts a warning to the oracle.

While Arueshalae is distracted shouting, a skeletal owlbeast leaps from the shadows of a side tunnel and gets a drop on her, scraping her with its poisoned bony claw to no effect. Aureshalae grins as the creature looks surprised by its ineffectiveness, then takes it apart with her Starknife.

I didn't have my Gift available on Thargrap's turn, so instead recharge Sergeant-at-Arms for his combat check per our discord discussion. Seems that Thargrap also forgot Harrow of Books, which would increase the DC of the combat check by another 1d6 ⇒ 4, making it a total of 21. Sergeant-at-Arms would've added 1d6 ⇒ 6 (instead of the 1d4+1 rolled in the post), making the total an easy success. Sorry for botting the retcon, but wanted to get my turn out :)

Spider Nest 3: Luckstone. Not possible for me to acquire this without aid, so choose to fail and banish it. Reload Longbow to examine the top card of the location: Riding Allosaurus. End turn, as there is definitely no way I'm getting that.

After helping Thargrap take down a monstrous spider-bear-thing, Arueshalae notices a glint coming from a crevice in the cave wall. Reaching inside, she grabs onto a keen starknife. She attempted grabbing some stone wedged in there as well, but luck was not on her side as it got stuck.
