Is there a new character sheet out there somewhere for the Kineticist? I was thinking the Core Remaster Preview document would include one.

Exciting changes abound!

I love that Paizo decided to keep workers remote. So many other companies did NOT learn from experiences during the pandemic and are rushing to make things they way they were before.

I love that Paizo workers have a union. I have never had a negative experience interacting with staff a Paizo. The customer service team has been invaluable to me over the years.

I love that the website is getting an overhaul.

The day this thread got started I checked by book and it had the defective binding. (See my above posts) I purchased it from amazon.com and worked with their customer service to get a full refund even after the period for refunds was closed. I then went to my local game store, spent about 10 minutes inspecting a new SF CRB with the store employee to ensure I got a book without a defective binding. Then the book sat on my book shelf for weeks as I mostly use the pdf I purchased from Paizo for game planing. My wife used the book this past weekend to start creating a character and after about 30 minutes of page turning with the book laying flat on the table... the binding completely separated just like the previous book.
I contacted the game store where I bought the book (I was sure to keep the receipt!) They let me know that they are waiting on replacement copies and have added me to a list of customers to call when the the replacements arrive. They told me to keep my copy for now and bring it in for a replacement when they contact me. There was already a plan in place from the store's end.
What I take away from this is that both the store where I purchased the book and Paizo have placed customer satisfaction ahead of the money being lost shipping these not-featherweight books back and fourth. Well done.

I would just like to put out there that as of the printing of Starfinder Core Rulebook there are 4 people on the the Paizo Customer Service Team... and they are probably still working on a backlog of things from Gen-Con. You may have to wait a week to get a response, if not, just send another message. I have been buying paizo products since my first printing of the Pathfinder Core Rulebook in 2009 and have interacted with them dozens of times and spent many thousands of hard earned dollars on paizo products. I have never once been less than 100% satisfied with the customer service. At times I have had to wait a few days or longer for a response but they always came through in the end. Be patient.

So what do I do with a book that I got from amazon.com? I am likely going to incur return shipping costs. My book is absolutely defective.
(edit) I am just now finding out that my return window closed 9/16/17. So I can't return it now.

I sent an e-mail to CS last week with no response. I would like to have the items that are currently in my side cart shipped now instead of waiting for the next AP just for this month.

There was another thread, that I can't find now that someone suggested that you take your AP's to a print shop like Fed-ex/Kinkos and have 3 AP's bound with spiral bindings. This cost me 6 bucks. My thing is that I need this to function at the gaming table, I need the thing to lay flat while I am running the sessions. Links for pictures are below. Will post again to this thread to after a few months weekly gaming table use/ GM planning use to let everyone know how this is holding up and if I plan on having the second half of this AP spiral bound as well.

This is exactly what I did. I had pages falling out of AP#73 (like many others have also had). That being said, I also have AP volumes 31-75 and this is the only one I have had pages falling out. But, this volume has also seen heavy use at the gaming table and in transport (in a back pack while riding to and from work on a bike 3x/week for a few months).

I have never had any issues with customer service replacing damaged items so I would give them a call if you have something that is falling apart right after you buy it. Someone in an above post mentioned that they are even having problems with pages falling out of the hard back books. I have all the hardback Pathfinder books including the first printing of the CRB that has seen VERY HEAVY use and never had issues with the hard backs. I also traveled for 3 years with that book, from coast to coast with 110 degree heat in the summer in western Colorado to -17 degree cold in the winter in New Hampshire. That book should be falling apart... but it still makes the trip to the weekly game every week with no issues. My point is that if there are issues with specific books that other people are having issues with, contact customer service. If you are having issues with all your Pathfinder books... I would look for a user end cause.

I have been a Paizo subscriber to various product lines since the Kingmaker Adventure Path. I have invested thousands of dollars in Paizo products over the years. Over that span of time I have changed my address close to 10 times. In that time I have had a few missing orders, trouble with the web site, incorrect orders, some damaged items shipped. The entire time Paizo Customer Service has been top notch in responding to what ever issue I had. Never have I been less than 100% satisfied with the personal service and attention that I have received and I just wanted to say to everyone on the customer service team- THANK YOU for all that you do day after day, year after year. You have made my relationship to Paizo products just as enjoyable as all the creative artists and writers who publish them.

I am missing shipment ##2709143
I am pretty sure I know why. The post office decided that I didn't live at my address any longer and started returning all my mail. After assuring them that I do indeed live there, they had no way of telling me what mail was returned. I am pretty sure my paizo order was one of the ones that was returned. Let me know what I can do.

I am looking to run a Pathfinder Campaign, maybe an Adventure Path. I live in Beaverton, OR and I am willing to travel if someone has a great gaming space better than my apartment. I am also willing to play a character in a number of gaming systems. Feel free to respond to this post or send me a PM.

I am planning on running all the scenarios involving the Blakros family/museum and wanted to make sure I have my list right (in chronological order of release date):

Pathfinder Society Scenario #5: Mists of Mwangi (OGL/PFRPG)
Pathfinder Society Scenario #35: Voice in the Void (PFRPG) PDF
Pathfinder Society Scenario #2-11: The Penumbral Accords (PFRPG) PDF
Pathfinder Society Scenario #3-07: Echoes of the Overwatched (PFRPG) PDF

Are there any other scenarios the directly or indirectly involve the Blakros Museum or Blakros family?

Looking to join or form a group of players for some D&D action in Grand Junction, CO. I know you're out there, now let's get playing already. : )

I have tried multiple avenues to get in touch with players in this town over the last few weeks with no results. I am up for playing or GM'ing most RPG's. It's hard to believe there are no other role players here.
