I just checked my order status and was told in little red text that my payment method was declined and saw I had no payment method. I checked both orders individually and saw both had my credit card #s...what's up? Can we get both orders combined, as that was I thought I had done when I added the Occult Mysteries to my monthly subscription shipment?
# 76 got here in record time...but seems to have the same issues that have plagued every issue I have got from this adventure arc. To wit, when I opened the module for the first time I heard a crack...the back page was still attached to the cover, but, from the bottom to 3 inches from the top it had separated from the inner pages. I can see only a pinhead sized dot of glue every half inch or so with loose pages between. The cover is only barely holding on. This is a recent issue, since this only started with this campaign arc... Did you change printers? From issue one to the baba yaga game they were all of high quality...no loose pages or covers. Is your printer cutting costs? The glue in earlier issues ran from top to bottom and side to side... Since the price raised I would like to see the same quality I recieved in the earlier issues...what's going on at your printer? May I have this issue replaced please? I have a game Friday and in this issues condition, it will be a pile oof loose pages before finish it off.
I am extremely impressed by how UPS handled my shipment! 16th...451 pm processed at Paizo ...951 pm arrival...Redmond ...1043 pm departure 17th...152 am arrival...Moses Lake ...503 am...departure ...639 am...arrival...Kennewick ...753 am...out for delivery ...500 pm...at my front door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took USPS 5 days to more than a week to ship across WA state. UPS did it in just over 24 hours...GO TEAM UPS!!!
I have began to get accustomed to the Con Season/Holiday Season/Whatever Season slowing down my shipments...BUT... Why did my local gaming store get the current issue of the arc yesterday? The reason I subscribe is to get the issues before the gaming store does...at this time I am still waiting for tracking data on a shipment that the gaming store got before me...subscriber since the beginning. I know Paizo ships like Gandalf and it arrives when it arrives...but...my patience took a major hit when I saw the frozen stars on a shelf and remembered an earlier thread about wating a week past day 8 to call you... Whats going on? I work retail, and deal with irate customers all time, and am really trying to be patient and calm...is this what I am going to get in delivery times til next whenever? |
